The term “National ID Card” is used frequently within international relations and in the banking and security fields, as well as in government. The card usually contains the same information that the national card has, such as name, address, phone number, birth date, profile photo and fingerprints.
In addition, there are some other types of identification cards besides the standard national ID card. There are the Medicare card, which are given to senior citizens; the EIC, which are an emergency international emergency card; and the ISEC, which are an employment identification card for those in the United States military.
